Ms. Akshata R.
Founder & DirectorÂ
Ms. Akshata Ramesh is an education professional, entrepreneur, PhD scholar and Teach For India alumna, with a strong focus on Early Childhood Education, Autism and Learning Disabilities. Her doctoral research explores autism and learning disabilities, reflecting her commitment to inclusive and child-centred education.
Based in Navi Mumbai, she is actively involved in educational entrepreneurship and educator development, bringing together research, innovation and practical approaches to create meaningful and inclusive learning experiences for children.
Mrs. Ameeta R.
Co Founder & Promoter
Mrs. Ameeta Ramesh is an accomplished education professional, trainer and entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in the field of education. Her expertise lies in Early Childhood Education, teacher training and educational entrepreneurship.
She has been actively involved in training and mentoring educators, developing preschool initiatives, and promoting child-centred learning practices. Through her work, she continues to empower teachers and education entrepreneurs while contributing to the growth of quality early education.
Mrs. Anupama Rao
Educator
Mrs. Anupama Rao is an experienced education professional and Principal of Amrita Vidyalayam, Navi Mumbai, with qualifications in M.A. and M.Ed.

With a strong focus on academic leadership, holistic student development and value-based education, she has been actively involved in guiding educators, supporting school-wide academic initiatives and fostering a positive learning environment. Her leadership reflects a commitment to quality education, teacher development, student growth and the integration of values into everyday learning.

Mr. Abhishek Shinde is an entrepreneur and professional with a strong interest in Training & Development, leadership and education. His work focuses on developing people through skill-building, mentoring and experiential learning, while encouraging an entrepreneurial mindset.
